In this last post in my three-part series on gratitude, I want to share with you (or remind you) of the benefits of gratitude.
In Part 1 of this blog series I confessed that the practice of gratitude has been one that I’ve not been able to sustain in the manner that I aspire to.
And in Part 2 I recalled that all I need to commit to is … to practice. Not to be perfect. Just to practice.
I outlined a few ideas for tapping into gratitude in Part 2.
And now I want to share some of the benefits of practicing gratitude.

Practicing gratitude just isn’t as easy as I thought it would be.
And yet, the bottom line is the delightful word practice.
Oh yes, I’m practicing gratitude. I’m working on it.
