Vitamin J: One of the essentials

 

Yep, Vitamin J.

J is for JOY!

I think joy should be “taken” on a daily basis, just like a multivitamin.

There should be a minimum recommended daily allowance of Vitamin J for proper health.  Don’t you agree?
