Joyful Movement
Ever feel like exercise is a chore or another thing on your “to-do” list?
I know that at times I sure do.
There are many ways to motivate ourselves to get started. You can pair up with a friend, tell yourself that you’ll just do 15 minutes, put your shoes by the door, grab the dog’s leash, go to bed in your workout clothes, and the list goes on and on. And they all work, if you use them.
Here’s another idea. Shift your perspective about exercise. 
What if we reframe it into joyful physical movement? What if we view it as a freeing activity?

Spark Your Creativity
Some of us (yeah, I mean me) think we’re not creative.
I’m a true left-brainer. Math and science are my cup of tea. Creative, artistic endeavors, not so much.
Here’s what I find myself thinking, “I sure wish I was creative; but I’m not. It’s just how I am.”
Not true! Not at all. You may be like me and think that if you’re all left-brainy and uncoordinated that you aren’t creative. But the research says otherwise.
