How’s Your Balance?
Life balance. Work-life balance. Call it what you like. It’s what we strive for, isn’t it? We want balance. And rightly so.
What does it look like, though?
We’re led to believe that work-life balance looks like the picture of two scales perfectly equal and still. They’re that balanced, right?

What to do when you’re bored
Just not in the mood to do anything? Especially not in the mood to do anything you “should” be doing? Do you know that feeling? Yep, sometimes it happens. Sigh.
Nothing in particular sparks your interest and you feel kinda blah. What’s a gal to do when there’s so much to do and you don’t want to do any of it?!

The power of love
You’re really good at expressing love for those special people in your life, aren’t you? I’ll bet you are. You’re a woman who is thoughtful and kind and compassionate. You care deeply about the people in your life. And you enjoy letting them know how much they mean to you.
Think about all the ways you so skillfully express love in your life. See if you can name five or six ways that you show others your love. Make a little list. I’ll bet you’ve got a lot of really cool ideas on your list.
